For every wreath purchased, Wreaths Across America returns to benefit a local organization. A self-proclaimed “good neighbor” clears the sidewalks Friday along Park Avenue in front of the Kendallville Public Library.The other groups that performed Tuesday were East Noble’s winter guard, winter winds and winter percussion.
